This morning, we went to Yadagirigutta, a small town about 60kms from Hyderabad, to visit the Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Temple, built at the top of a hill. Some pictures from the day :)
lovely pics as usual and the blocks caught my fancy...what are they doing there in yadagirigutta...need more light on this ? I am a self-confessed block maniac :)
the blocks are for mehendi...some sort of instant mehendi...i think its made from jaggery...its a reddish liquid...they dip the block in it and print the design on your palms and it dries up in just a few minutes :)
The pics have a typical "You" component! ;) Very bright and colourful! ;)
