We drove down from Chennai to Mahabalipuram last weekend, and on the way, we found a stream with thousands of white and pink lotuses! I fell head over heels in love with it, and intend to do a post exclusively for the lotus pictures, but for today's theme, here are two:
The photo-a-day challenge ends tomorrow, and I am very happy that I missed only one day :) It has been loads of fun doing this challenge along with Sharanya - I'll really miss it when it's over!
On the bright side, I'll get to start posting about all the gorgeous places I visited this month (both up north and down south - Agra, Delhi, Fatehpur Sikri, Mahabalipuram, Kumbakonam and Dharasuram - yeah, I'm showing off :P) - I cannot wait to start sharing pictures here :)

I love lotus..tried growing them at home once :D Never happened.
